Hacettepe University Research Coordination Office was established by the Senate Meeting dated November 30, 2023, in order to determine the university's research strategies and policies, support scientific activities and coordinate research processes. The Coordination Office, which operates under the Vice Rector responsible for research, aims to create a research ecosystem that is compatible with academic priorities, can produce value and can be transformed into social benefit. The Coordination Office ensures the effective management of research activities in line with the University's research policy.

Hacettepe University Research Coordination Office operates to determine the university's research priorities and strategies, and to effectively plan, manage and support research activities. Research Coordination Office aims to facilitate researchers' access to resources, encourage interdisciplinary collaborations and monitor the performance of research outputs and transform them into social benefit.
